Once you invest you become a member of the fund. Your investment is pooled together with the other members. Our team of real estate experts leverages the funds to purchase lucrative properties according to market research and opportunity that otherwise may not be affordable to you as a single investor.
All properties purchased are then professionally managed by our sister company to ensure maximum returns via rental payments, and well-kept properties that retain their value and grow in equity.
2. PROFESSIONALLY MANAGE
Returns are distributed back to you in two ways. Net income from the property portfolio in the form of rental income. The sale of assets or financial repositioning also yields additional distribution to members. Yes, it's really that simple.
